Frelene Limited

Frelene Limited owns and manages properties in London’s West End, with its main focus being the repositioning of retail and ground up commercial construction. Over the past 35 years, Frelene has reshaped Mount Street, which is home to Scotts Restaurant, its largest tenant. In addition, its seasoned team has successfully developed 80 Grosvenor Street, one of the most challenging sites in all of London, due to a retained façade, a highway running below the property, and two sewers positioned under the site. The Frelene Team continues to work with the Westminster and Grosvenor Estate to improve the area for pedestrians by installing a masterpiece by Albert Oehlen, pavers to the sidewalks, bike paths, planters, and more.

Over the past 30 years, Mabani’s focus has been in the industrial “Free Zone” areas throughout emerging cities such as Lagos, Lekki, Tema, Accra, Lome, and Cotonou, in the countries of Ghana, Togo and Benin.
